People who are under a doctor's care or who have any one or more of the following conditions should consult their doctor before using the massage chair:

• People who are suffering from osteoporosis, spine abnormality, diabetes, sensory disorders, back disorders, severe circulatory problems in the legs, or people who are bedridden.
• People who are suffering from heart disease or have electronic medical equipment such a heart pacemaker.

• People who have skin disease.
• People whose bodies are wet are forbidden to use this product.
• Children under twelve or people who are not able to operate this product.

All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
